We decided to have one last campfire before heading out to Ontario. It's always a great time for the kids! Michael and Abbey LOVE roasting marshmallows... but don't like eating them?!?
Needless to say I eat A
LOT of marshmallows on campfire nights!!!

Love campfires and marshmallows! Looks like the kids are having fun! You need my mom to show you how to make a peanut butter and banana toasted sandwich over an open fire - my goodness that woman can cook even without a kitchen! MMm Mm!
one of our favorite "last day of camping" breakfasts when you have no food left in the cooler, and a bunch of wood left over.... yum... all melty and toasty....
funny how people either like marshmallows toasted over a fire or they don't. and those that do.. are very picky about how their marshmallows are toasted too.. some like them slightly brown all over, some like them only toasted on the top.. some like them flaming... geesh...
